  • We will do a background check including criminal, eviction, credit and previous rental history of the tenant.
  • We will provide the best service to the tenant by responding all maintenance call on time. Maintenance provided by qualified sub-contractors.
  • We will prepare all paperwork for new lease, renewal, and eviction. If there is an eviction, we will represent the owner in court .
  • We will conduct periodic inspection to make sure that the property is cleaned and well maintained .
  • We will research the market rent and inform you.
